A national restaurant chain asked us to support their holiday promotion with additional moderation around the Thanksgiving – Cyber Monday period. They had engaged with a national recording artist to an appearance in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as well as custom content for their digital channels.
SOLUTION
Our social listening enabled us to accurately predict a 3X lift over their projected social engagement, and increase staffing appropriately.
RESULTS
The results were reduced response times, no backlog in comment response, and increased engagement during the promotion.
