SUPPORT FOR A ROBUST ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

SITUATION

A national restaurant chain launched an engagement campaign to amplify care and connection throughout its brand community. Rooted in the company’s history of treating employees and guests like family, they aimed to demonstrate and inspire acts of care. Over the course of the campaign, the brand engaged Social Factor to publish and moderate over 50 pieces of content across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (now X).
